How do I do my makeup for my Halloween costume?
I'm going to be Velma from Scooby Doo. I know that sounds stupid, but I was wondering how I should do my makeup. Should I take advantage of freckles? How do I make my eyes (my glasses Velma have no lenses)? Thank you! I do not want to be sexy Velma or something, I want to be the classic cartoon Velma. If that helps.
Definitely take the freckles! i would it keep a neutral eye, just because Velma was no staining evident in the eyes lol maybe skin color Eyeshadow around the lid, and a darker brown in the crease of the eye, some eyeliner (dark brown, not black), black mascara and I hope this helped!
